A Telegram assistant that works inside your chats.
Summarize a group, save a contact, send your intro. All from the chats you already have.
With auto contact on, Zippy drafts a contact after a new conversation and asks you privately. The other person never sees it.
Two ways to run Zippy
Start with the bot. Log in when you want it everywhere.
Bot mode
No login necessary. Message @hizippybot or add it to a group. Commands work in that chat, and you can talk to Zippy directly in the bot DM.
Superpower mode
Zippy runs as your own account, in every chat you are in. No adding the bot, and often no command: new contacts are captured as you chat, and your intro is one keystroke away.
Commands
Grouped the same way as the bot's own menu.
/contactTurn the conversation you are in into a contact card: name, company, role, how you met.
Login · Pro/autocontactSave a contact automatically for everyone you message. Zippy asks you privately before saving.
Login+i+introSend your saved intro in any chat. The +i is replaced by the intro text.
Login/export_contactsDownload the members of a group as a CSV.
AdminLogging in to Superpower mode
Four steps, all inside the bot chat. It takes about a minute.
Send your phone number
Type /login and share the number on your Telegram account.
Enter the code
Telegram sends a login code to your other sessions. Zippy deletes the message once it is used.
Meet the cat
Zippy shows this photo and asks you to add a small number to the code. It keeps automated logins out.

Two-factor password
Only if you have one. The message is deleted right after.
Zippy shows up as an active session on your account, so it can act in any chat you are in without you adding the bot by hand. /logout ends the session at any time.
The dashboard
Teams, lists, contacts and chat search in a browser. Open it by sending /dash to Zippy. Sign-in is automatic.

Questions
Mostly about the login, which is the part worth asking about.
Why does Zippy ask for a Telegram login code?
Superpower mode runs Zippy as your own account, which is the only way commands can work in chats the bot was never added to. That takes an ordinary Telegram login, the same one you do on a new laptop. Zippy deletes the code message as soon as it is used, and asks you to add a small number to the code so an automated login cannot get through.
What can Zippy see once I am logged in?
The same chats you see, because it is your session. Commands run on the message or chat you point them at. Text you summarize, translate or ask about is sent to models hosted by OpenRouter and Groq.
How do I turn it off?
Send /logout to the bot. You can also end the session yourself from Settings, then Devices, in any Telegram app: Zippy shows up there like any other logged in device. Either one stops it acting as you straight away.
Do I have to log in at all?
No. Bot mode covers summaries, translation and exports with no login. Add @hizippybot to a group, or message it directly, and that is the whole setup.
Does the other person know Zippy is there?
In a group the bot is a visible member, like any other bot. In Superpower mode nothing is announced: contact cards are shown only to you, and +i and +z send ordinary messages from your account.
What happens to my data if I stop using Zippy?
Send a request through the feedback form and we remove your messages, contacts and session. The privacy page lists everything that is stored and where text is sent.
